although snow still falls in some areas of the realm, the worst of winter has passed. the sun is often found bright overhead, but with the change of seasons also comes unexpected rain showers that can last anywhere from just a moment to overnight. flooding is often a concern in some areas--particularly port gaeron, given the canals in the port city. however, the warming of temperatures does mean that farming will begin again, as well as hunting in earnest. farther north, however, it is still a mix of rain and snow and ice, though this area, too, is starting to thaw. |
